1. Ordering & Payments
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, order volume, or courier delays.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.
3. Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept returns only for faulty or damaged items, and only on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at bigbrisbargains@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault or damage.
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for a return or replacement.
Return Conditions

Refunds
